The goal of ‚Critical Tours‘ is to spread an understanding of the cultural present and history via a range of customised tours and programming in Berlin and wider Germany. Communicating aesthetics, situation, context, perspective, and translation are the key tools in this process; along with encouraging participants to engage in critical discussions, problematising, and complexification.

Your group will come away from my tours with a much deeper understanding and some of the tools to probe beyond. Furthermore, establishing a safer space by example via compelling discussions about mainstreams and marginalisations in history and the present day will leave permanent impressions on participants.
