„Politics“ in the context of my tours means ‚of or relating to power’; when I cover political themes I tend to focus on those most effected by those with power, resistance, consequences, and similarities and differences amongst power-holders across time and place.

Morally, my tours are no place for racist/ xenophobic, classist, ableist, nor anti-queer bigotries be they left (e.g. JK Rowling, BSW) or right (e.g. Trump, Höcke) in origin. National flags are also not welcome on my tours.

Pricing varies according to your ability to pay and your access to resources. 60€ - 120€ per hour is the recommended range. Most groups with any degree of institutional support have paid between 80€ - 120€ per hour with lesser fees usually only being taken by private individuals or groups with zero collective financing. Even less than 60€ per hour is possible in certain situations, especially when others pay more, it all evens out. „Per hour“ rates are only a convenient approximation of my labour on the day as it can be difficult to substantiate all the unmonitored hours I might spend doing research, planning routes, and in planning communications. As such, billing is listed as a lump sum and not hourly.

In case of speaker and event programming; organising, e.g., with 5 speakers/events around a topic or series of topics for your visit will cost you between 600€ - 1,500€ (~120€ - 300€ per item) depending on if I have organised with those events or speakers in the past. Separately, speakers that work with me, take a fee of 100€ per hour and sometimes a one time fee of 20€ - 40€ for the usage of space.

In case of a cancellation, I often cannot reclaim lost offers, so the closer to the date I am cancelled on, the more likely I am to lose financial security. As bookings are often done months in advance, this means even cancelling a month before can be very problematic. As such, here are the cancellation fees:
The day of to 2 days before = 100%
3-7 days before = 80%
8 days to 2 weeks or longer = 60%
2 weeks to a month = 40%
All fees are negotiable given extenuating circumstances (e.g. complete loss of funding)
